The X-ray fluorescence (XRF) manganese intensity data of Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics were collected at Kanger Provincial Enterprise Research Institute, using a world-class X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, the Riguka SZX Primus IV manufactured by Japan's Rigaku Corporation. This data is primarily used to calculate the manganese content in samples, and is of great significance for the monitoring of production formulations of Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics. Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics are high-grade refractory specialty glasses containing nearly 20 elements. Each introduced element can correspond to multiple raw materials, and each raw material originates from multiple different suppliers, potentially leading to compositional fluctuations. The composition of Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics determines various key aspects including glass melting behavior, crystallization performance, product quality, and production stability. This dataset can monitor whether the manganese content in the produced glass composition deviates from the designed formulation, enabling early intervention in the abnormal situation control process. The XRF manganese intensity data of Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics were collected at Kanger Glass-Ceramics Provincial Enterprise Research Institute, and is mainly used to calculate the real-time manganese content of products to facilitate early intervention in abnormal situation control procedures. The data usage workflow is as follows: 1. Sample preparation: Grind Li-Al-Si glass-ceramics into powder with a particle size below 200 mesh. 2. Dilute according to the preset proportion and prepare fused tablets. 3. Detect the manganese intensity per the set parameters to obtain the manganese intensity value. 4. Calculate the manganese content corresponding to the detected intensity based on the fitted regression equation pre-set by the instrument.
