有机太阳电池因柔性、轻便和印刷制备等优点受到关注。本课题主要研究内容为通过设计合成高性能给/受体材料,优选材料组合,单结电池效率突破 15%,研发低成本大批量制备关键材料技术。因此开展了包括D-A共聚物给体材料、小分子受体材料的光伏性能表征,通过制备有机太阳电池器件,在模拟太阳光AM1.5G的照射下,测量基于上述关键材料电池的电流电压(J-V)曲线,获得上述材料光伏性能数据,通过测试上述电池外量子效率(EQE)曲线,获得上述电池对于太阳光谱的响应数据,数据量2.95 MB。
Organic solar cells have attracted considerable attention due to their advantages such as flexibility, light weight, and printable fabrication. The main focus of this study is to design and synthesize high-performance donor/acceptor materials, optimize material combinations to achieve a single-junction cell efficiency exceeding 15%, and develop key material technologies for low-cost and large-scale production. Therefore, we conducted photovoltaic performance characterization of D-A copolymer donor materials and small-molecule acceptor materials. By fabricating organic solar cell devices and measuring their current-voltage (J-V) curves under simulated sunlight AM1.5G irradiation, we obtained the photovoltaic performance data of the aforementioned key materials. Moreover, we tested the external quantum efficiency (EQE) curves of the cells to acquire their solar spectral response data. The total data volume is 2.95 MB.
