Dataset for \"Contrasting effects of road dust and atmospheric dust on carbon accumulation in ombrotrophic peatlands\"

This dataset comprises measurements of peat properties of peat cores collected in eastern Canada and the subsequent data analyses based on these measurements. It was used in the study, \"Contrasting effects of road dust and atmospheric dust on carbon accumulation in ombrotrophic peatlands\". The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of road dust on peatlands and to compare this impact with that of atmospheric dust.
