To investigate the role of ISRIB in human trophoblast stem cell(hTSC) maintenance without activation of WNT & TGFβ. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of hTSCs cultured in the medium contained 0.5 µM ISRIB and 10 µM Y27652, after removing CHIR99021, A83-01, SB431542. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hTSCs in the chemically deficient medium or in its original medium.
