BANDICOOT - Simulation Report

In this simulation report we detail the final set of design choices corresponding to the current version of the trial design for BANDICOOT. The simulation process was iterative, involving close collaboration between the statistical and clinical team in which the trial design was refined over time by the BANDICOOT Statistical Advisory Committee (SAC). This report is intended to be read in conjunction with the BANDICOOT Core Protocol and the BANDICOOT Statistical Appendix. Many of the notations used herein are only defined in the BANDICOOT Statistical Appendix to avoid duplication. We note that this simulation report may be updated over time as new domains and/or interventions are added to the platform.
