Scot of Brest Country: Urbanisation cuts
收藏资源简介:
The local planning documents delineate the urbanisation cuts identified in coastal municipalities by the SCoT. The width and depth of the cuts are symbolised on the map “Implementation of the Littoral Law” page 54 and specified in Annex 2 of the DOO. In view of the dispersion of the building of the Pays de Brest, pre-existing buildings can be found in these spaces. No new urbanisation may be allowed, except for: • light reception facilities as well as recreational or sports areas (parts not equipped with natural camping areas, playgrounds, etc.); • the adaptation, rehabilitation and limited extension of the structures necessary for the agricultural, aquaculture and fishing operations in the professional sea; • the renovation and limited extension of other existing buildings. Local planning documents may provide, at their scale, where appropriate, to protect other natural areas with the character of urbanisation cuts.
