Artificial Intelligence Based Antibiotic Zone Measurement For Disk Diffusion Test

This dataset contains photographic images of disk diffusion tests commonly used in antibiotic susceptibility testing. The purpose of the research is to support the development of automated antibiotic resistance analysis using artificial intelligence and image processing techniques. The study is observational in nature, and data were collected by photographing petri dishes in laboratory conditions, where various bacterial strains were exposed to specific antibiotic disks. The dataset consists of high-resolution image files, each annotated with relevant information about the antibiotic and bacterial strain involved.
