青瓷制品中含有过多的铅会对人体健康产生严重威胁,比如长期接触过多的铅会导致铅中毒,影响神经系统和造血系统。因此,本数据可以对青瓷盖碗铅含量的情况进行安全性评价,为消费者提供参考和技术支撑数据采集,随机抽取每个窑烧制的成品,对该成品进行含铅量进行检测。数据判定:若含铅量实测值小于0.5mg/L,则该成品为合格,A0=(C-C0)*V/(K*1000),式中A0含铅量的检测结果,C为试样萃取液中铅含量,单位为毫克每升(mg/L),C0为空白萃取液中铅含量,单位为毫克每升(mg/L),V为乙酸浸泡液体积,单位为毫升,K为试样与食物接触面的参考面积,单位为平方分米(d㎡)

Excessive lead content in celadon products poses a serious threat to human health. For example, long-term exposure to excessive lead can lead to lead poisoning, affecting the nervous and hematopoietic systems. Therefore, this dataset can be used to conduct safety evaluation of the lead content of celadon covered bowls, providing reference and technical support for consumers. For data collection, finished products fired from each kiln are randomly sampled, and their lead content is detected. Data judgment criteria: A finished product is qualified if its measured lead content is less than 0.5 mg/L. The calculation formula is A0 = (C - C0) * V / (K * 1000), where A0 is the test result of lead content, C is the lead concentration in the sample extract with the unit of milligrams per liter (mg/L), C0 is the lead concentration in the blank extract with the unit of milligrams per liter (mg/L), V is the volume of the acetic acid soaking solution with the unit of milliliter, and K is the reference area of the contact surface between the sample and food with the unit of square decimeters (d㎡)
