Alterations in gut microbiota of BSA-induced liver fibrosis rat model

Alterations in gut microbiota of BSA-induced liver fibrosis rat model. There are several features of this model: bringing high success rate, bringing exemplary repeatability of the experiment, and relatively stable and unambiguous histological changes in liver tissue morphology. BSA induction can cause gut microbiota disorder in rats. In BSA-induced liver fibrosis rat model, we have found a significant decrease in the beneficial bacteria, and a significant increase in the potential pathogenic bacteria.
