The Active Petition layer rezone petitions, special exceptions and comprehensive plan amendment boundaries that are currently under review or have been recently approved or adopted. This layer replaces the all-in-one Petition layer to help with usability.主动请愿图层（Active Petition layer）涵盖当前处于审核阶段或近期已获批、通过的重新区划请愿、特殊例外事项及综合规划修改边界。该图层取代了原一体化请愿图层，以提升使用便捷性。
