Immunoglobulin sequences from the B cell response to an H1 stabilized stem ferritin vaccine

This dataset has all processed immunoglobulin paired heavy and light chain sequences amplified and sequenced from plasmablasts and memory B cells isolated after vaccination with an H1 stabilized stem (H1ssF) immunogen in a Phase I clinical trial (NCT03814720) or seasonal influenza quadrivalent inactivated vaccine (QIV). <br> There are three fasta files included with three different datasets: 10XAllPB_Figure1 - plasmablasts sorted from 3 participants 1 week after 1 dose of the H1ssF vaccine and sequenced using 10X Genomics (data for Figure 1 of associated publication).
