We constructed a peptide vaccine against mouse B16 melanoma which was a fusion fragment of SARS Spike protein and PDL1 protein. The aim of this project was to investigate which immune-associated pathways of mice were stimulated or involved by the high-immunogenicity PDL1SARS fusion peptide.
