Rubber band filters: optimal padding without edge artifacts

All original data is stored in the zip file named Data and Scripts.zip. To reproduce the manuscript figures, first extract the contents of Data and Scripts.zip. Then run the MATLAB script Generate_all_figures.m located in the Scripts/ folder.
