Land surface temperature (LST) retrieval studies often require the integration of atmospheric profile data with MODTRAN radiative transfer modeling to generate simulation datasets. However, this process is technically complex, posing significant challenges for novice users of the MODTRAN. This dataset is derived from the SeeBor V5.0 atmospheric profile database, comprising a complete collection of 15,704 atmospheric profiles. For research convenience, all metadata including acquisition locations and timestamps of these profiles are consolidated into a single table. Each atmospheric profile contains 101 atmospheric layers, with the corresponding data stored in individual tables. Additionally, atmospheric radiative transfer information across the 6.0-16.0 μm spectrum was simulated for all 15,704 profiles using MODTRAN.
