Transcriptome Analysis of Porcine Spleen During African Swine Fever Virus Infection

This study investigates the host transcriptional response in porcine spleen at 8 days post-infection with African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV). By performing RNA sequencing, we aim to characterize the gene expression changes and molecular mechanisms underlying the host's immune response during ASFV infection. The findings will provide insights into the pathogenesis of African Swine Fever and potential strategies for disease management.
