This dataset is generated by all towns in the city during the performance of their grassroots administrative examination and approval and public service functions. It contains detailed information including item name, item type, legal basis for establishment, implementation hierarchy, handling procedures, statutory time limit, acceptance conditions, and application materials. This resource can be used to unify and standardize the standards of town-level service items across the city, clarify the boundaries of grassroots powers and responsibilities, and provide a fundamental basis for implementing the 'near-site service' initiative and improving the standardization of grassroots public services.
