Polysaccharide Metabolism in Vitro and in the Honeybee Gut

This project includes bacterial strains from the genus Bifidobacterium and honeybee hosts. It investigates how Bifidobacterium metabolizes different polysaccharides under in vitro conditions and within the bee gut environment.
