资源简介:
International comparative study on human resources management Cranet (www.cranet.org), coordinated by the Cranfield University, School of Management, Great Britain, has been conducted for over 20 years. The aim of this study is to observe HRM in organizations from longitudinal internationally comparative perspective. In 2001, Slovenia joined more than 40 European and other countries that had participated in the study. The first research was conducted by the Organizations and Human Resources Research Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. The final sample included 205 organizations that either had more than 200 employees or were, in the standard classification system, classified as public organizations with more than 100 employees. In 2004, the second survey was conducted on the same population as in 2001. 161 organizations agreed to participate. In 2008, the research was conducted for the third time and 219 organizations participated. Data were collected by using a standardized survey questionnaire with the majority of pre-coded questions. The questionnaire is addressed to the most senior HR/personnel specialists. The research is a part of the international study so the comparison between different CRANET members and between Slovenian organizations, including the benchmarking of human resource management, is possible. Slovenian data can be compared to the international data of European countries, some transition countries and some highly developed countries.
