Soil metagenomic data following organic amendment strategies

Soil metagomic MinION data following application of digestate to augment the diversity within microbial communities. It is postulated that the synergistic use of digestate alongside chemical fertilizers will engender alterations in the composition and dynamics of these communities. The research objectives are thus delineated to evaluate the impact of digestate and chemical fertilization on the eubacterial community, initially at the phylum level, subsequently delving into a detailed analysis at the genus level.
