资源简介:
The upload consists of three .csv files containing occurrence points in WGS84 CRS (EPSG:4326) of Spodoptera frugiperda (FAW) collected from various sources. These include the Global Biodiversity Information Facility database (GBIF, https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.uawgbp), the EPPO database (https://gd.eppo.int/taxon/LAPHFR) and multiple literature sources. Initial 5813 occurrences from the species native range (Central and South America) and 477 occurrences from the species invasive range (Africa, Asia, Australia) were cross-checked between all sources to eliminate duplicate records. Additionally, occurences closer than 2.5 arc-minutes (~3.27 km) were filtered out to reduce sampling bias using the ecospat R package. Records outside the pixels of the environmental layers used to build the SDMs were also filtered out. After all three steps, 1439 occurrences of FAW remained (global dataset), divided into 1255 occurrences of FAW in the native range (native dataset) and 184 occurrences in the invasive range (invasive dataset), which were used for modeling the species potential distribution and analysis of niche shift.
