We performed RNA sequencing experiments on chimeric samples of mixed human and mouse pluripotent stem cells over time courses of neural differentiation. Overall design: Mixed mouse and human pluripotent stem cells were differentiated in vitro and periodically sampled. Submission 399 series has four sets of samples, each sampling a 33 day timecourse. Submissions 441 and 464 sample every day for the first eight days, and every two days thereafter out to forty-two days. Sequenced transcripts were aligned to a combined human-mouse transcriptome.
