We propose to investigate: i) by Grazing Incidence Small Angle X-ray Scattering (GISAXS) the order of a series of nanostructures in regenerated silk fibroin and hybrid silk fibroin/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) thin films nanostructured by Laser Interference Lithography (LIL); ii) by Grazing Incidence Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (GIWAXS) the inner structure (crystallinity, crystal forms, crystal orientation) of polymers confined in the nanostructures. Both, the nanostructures arrangement and the polymers inner structure can be of interest in the fields of bioelectronics, low cost sensors, cell culture substrates and photonic devices.
