Germline mutation study of Chinese prostate cancer patients

This study aims to unveil the comprehensive germline mutation landscape in Chinese prostate cancer patients. The study will provide a comprehensive germline mutation profile of Chinese prostate cancer and identify some novel predisposition genes in various pathways, which could have substantial implications for cancer screening, risk assessment, and the development of potential targeted therapy.
