Different response of bacteria and fungi communities structure to four succession stages in the rhizosphere and bulk soils in Karst peak

We set four treatments:grassland(G), shrubland (S), secondary forest (SF) and primary forest (PF) and analysis the soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structure. Finally, we want to know the relationship of the bacteria and fungi community structure with the four succession stages in the rhizosphere and bulk soils in Karst peak.
