Documentation for the raw stress-strain Dataset used in the publication entitled "Deformation mechanisms of pure Zn studied by micropillar compression tests at room and elevated temperatures" ** These datasets comprise the data acquired in single crystal pure Zn with 3 different orientations and 2 different temperatures by means of micropillar compression. **** Micropillar compression tests were conducted: 1) ex-situ at room temperature using a TI950 TriboIndenter (Bruker, Inc., Minneapolis, MN) and 2) in-situ at both room temperature and 100°C using a Hysitron PI87 SEM PicoIndenter installed inside a Zeiss EVO MA15 SEM. **** The file names are the combinations of grain ID, load type, and temperature. For example, 'G1_In situ_100 degrees' means the raw compression results of Grain G1 when deformed using in-situ apparatus at 100 degrees. RT is the abbreviation of room temperature.
