Oral microbiome profiles across three sampling sites in healthy young Korean women

This study characterized the oral microbiome composition across three distinct sampling sites (dental plaque, mouthwash, and tongue coating) in healthy young Korean women using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The aim was to establish baseline oral microbiome profiles and investigate site-specific microbial diversity patterns.
