Sow vaginal microbiome 16S rRNA sequencing data

This dataset contains 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from the vaginal microbiome of sows sampled at commercial and research farms, generated using the PacBio Sequel platform. The data was collected as part of a study aiming to characterize the microbial communities of the sow vagina and explore their associations with reproductive potential and infertility.
