The Organization Database 2024 (municipal organization)

The Organization Database is a database that describes municipal and county municipal organization from 1995 to the present day. It provides valuable insights into how Norwegian counties and municipalities choose to organize themselves and how this has developed over time. The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development (KDD) funds the data collection. Since 1996, data collection has occurred every fourth year, in the year following local elections. The latest data collection was conducted in 2024. The data material describes both how municipalities and county municipalities are organized as political entities and how the administrative apparatus is structured. Additionally, emphasis is placed on mapping how municipalities solve their tasks and how the operations themselves are organized. Another central theme is the relationship of municipalities and county municipalities with citizens and their role as local democratic units.组织数据库（Organization Database）是一套记录1995年至今挪威市镇与郡级行政组织相关情况的数据库。该库可为探究挪威郡与市镇的组织架构选择及其随时间的演进脉络提供极具价值的参考依据。挪威地方政府与区域发展部（KDD）为数据采集工作提供资金支持。自1996年起，数据采集每四年开展一次，均定于地方选举结束后的次年开展，最近一次采集工作于2024年完成。 本数据集既涵盖了市镇与郡级行政组织作为政治实体的架构设置，也详述了其行政体系的组织形态。此外，数据集还着重描绘了市镇如何履行其职能、自身业务运行架构的搭建方式。另一核心主题则是市镇与郡级行政组织同公民之间的互动关系，以及其作为地方民主单元的角色定位。
