Supplementary Data and Code Package: Source-Traceable Knowledge Graph for Yassavi and Navoiy Sufi Works This archive repository contains the complete replication package, supplementary data, knowledge graph exports, annotation codebooks, and validation scripts for the research paper: "Toward a source-traceable knowledge graph for two Turkic Sufi works: Yassavi's embodied metaphors and Navoiy's seven valleys". Repository Structure & Included Files: `yassavi_navoiy_zeodoga_export.ttl`: The complete RDF Knowledge Graph exported in Turtle format, modeling embodied metaphors from Ahmad Yassavi's works and the conceptual framework of Alisher Navoiy's *Lison ut-Tayr* (Seven Valleys).`yassavi_navoiy_zeodoga_model.json`: JSON / JSON-LD schema defining the underlying conceptual classes, pragmatic slots, and source-traceability metadata model.`annotation_codebook.md`: Detailed annotation protocol and codebook defining entity types, relational predicates, metaphor categories, and source anchors.`source_verification_log.md`: Complete citation and source-verification logs mapping each graph triple directly to primary text editions and critical anchors.`validate_zeodoga_package.py`: Executable Python validation script used to verify graph integrity, check schema compliance, and ensure zero-dangling reference nodes.`README.md`: Setup instructions, environmental requirements, and usage guidelines for working with the Knowledge Graph. Purpose and LicenseThis dataset and code package are published to ensure the full auditability, transparency, and reproducibility of the knowledge graph construction methodology.
