资金预算

强化资金预算的总额管理与刚性管控，提升资金与业务的耦合度，年、月、日资金预算动态管控，真正做到“无预算不列支，有预算不超支”。同时构建资金预算和成本预算的关联、资金和往来之间的关联、资金和票据之间的关联，用资金预算指标归集和收拢存款管理模块、票据模块之间的预算需求以及支付预测。Strengthen the overall amount management and rigid control over fund budgets, improve the coupling degree between funds and business operations, and conduct dynamic oversight of annual, monthly and daily fund budgets, so as to truly implement the principle of "no expenditure without a valid budget, no overspending against an approved budget". Meanwhile, establish the interrelationships between fund budgets and cost budgets, between funds and current accounts, and between funds and negotiable instruments. Furthermore, utilize fund budget indicators to centralize and consolidate the budget requirements and payment forecasts between the deposit management module and the bill management module.
