Manure transfers to and from agricultural holdings by municipality (01-01-2013-01-01-2016)

The figures include transfers of livestock manure by municipality; i.e. what leaves the agricultural holdings in the relevant municipality and what is received. Manure transfers are available by type of manure or by mineral (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium). The Regulatory Service collects this data in the context of the manure policy. The data are based on the information of Animal Manure (VDM) transport tickets which must be drawn up when transporting livestock manure. ### Population The target population of the agricultural census: all companies producing agricultural products for the market, with its principal place of business in the Netherlands, with a minimum economic size of NSO 3000 (Dutch Standard Production).
