The International Gene Trap Consortium (IGTC) is an international database of the gene trap alliance, providing gene trap insertion mutation data for mouse embryonic stem (ES) cell lines. The database includes 121,705 cell lines, and researchers can conduct searches via accession numbers, IDs, keywords, sequence data, tissue expression profiles and biological pathways. The IGTC was relocated to the Mouse Biology Program at the University of California, Davis in October 2010.
