Italy: reasons people do not use WhatsApp to communicate with physicians 2018

As of survey period, most of the respondents (68 percent) declared to prefer vis-à-vis communication, when it comes to health-related issues. In addition, 18 percent of interviewees could not use this communication channel because their physician had not the habit to get in contact with patients through WhatsApp.
