The m6A methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3), a major component of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase complex, has been suggested to function as an oncogene in several cancers. However, it's biological mechanism and the involved pathways in gastric cancer (GC) remains unknown. To identify the potential targets methylated by METTL3 in GC, we performed RNA-seq and m6A-seq in SGC7901 cell lines.
