<b>Idealised rat uterine meshes</b><b>General information</b>The meshes were created using the scaffold creator from MAPClient. The meshes were generated with different element resolutions. One mesh was annotated with the fibre orientations generated with a Laplace-Dirichlet rule-based algorithm. The angles were coloured based on the angle relative to the centerline of the uterine horns. The meshes use tetrahedral elements and are scaled in cm.<b>Contents</b>This item contains anatomically realistic meshes in different formats. The <b>vtk</b> folder contains the meshes that can be viewed in Paraview. The <b>tetgen</b> folder contains the same meshes in the .tet format used for simulations in Chaste. The <b>annotated</b> folder contains the vtk meshes annotated with the fibre orientations.<br>
