LncRNA expression profile in hepar tissues of 12h after brain death or matched non-brain death donor liver transplantation

To determine the LncRNA expression profile in hepar tissues of 12h after brain death donor liver transplantation and matched non-brain death donor liver transplantation, we uesed LncRNA microArray analysis form Arraystar to examine the expression of LncRNAs and circRNAs in hepar tissues of 12h after brain death donor liver transplantation and matched non-brain death donor liver transplantation.为明确脑死亡供体肝移植术后12小时肝组织与配对非脑死亡供体肝移植术后肝组织中的长链非编码RNA（LncRNA）表达谱，本研究采用Arraystar公司的长链非编码RNA芯片分析技术，对上述两类肝组织中的LncRNAs及环状RNA（circRNA）的表达水平进行检测。
