Deregulated Transcriptome as a Platform for Adrenal Huntington’s Disease-Related Pathology

Data from microarray adrenal transcriptome profiling of six samples comprising R6/2 mice (n = 4) and a genetic background control (n = 2). Data include names and symbols of differential genes, normalised expression value for individual samples, mean expression value for adrenal control and R6/2, fold change, ratio, p and adjusted p values. Additional files contain the results of ontology group enrichment analyses using David and GSEA according to the methodology described in the publication.
