marine metagenome Genome sequencing and assembly

Samples were collected from Mariana Trench. Genome is binned from the metagenomes sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq platform.样本采集自马里亚纳海沟。该基因组序列从基于Illumina MiSeq平台测序得到的宏基因组（metagenome）中完成分箱。
