资源简介:
Soil carbon stabilization in boreal forests is primarily driven by root presence rather than by soil chemical quality itself. Additionally, multiple fungal guilds appear to contribute to soil organic matter turnover. Our study revealed complex belowground interactions and emphasize the key roles of fine roots, chemical quality of soil organic matter, and diverse fungal communities in long-term soil carbon storage of boreal forests.
