苯并(a)芘,是一种有机化合物,为黄色至棕色粉末,不溶于水,微溶于乙醇、甲醇,溶于苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氯仿、乙醚、丙酮等,是判定土壤污染程度的重要指标,分别分析不同层,可以全面了解土壤的质量、污染状况和环境特征,为土壤管理、项目建设和环境保护提供科学依据,有助于实现可持续农业和生态环境的保护与改善,为土壤样品分析评价提供事实依据,是判断土壤环境污染程度的重要指标。为历史情况相似地块提供数据参考。为监管部门提供依据。1、数据来源:按照土壤和沉积物 半挥发性有机物的测定 气相色谱-质谱法 HJ 834-2017对土壤进行土样采集检测。2、算法规则:按照如下公式进行计算:样品浓度=(样品查曲线值W-空白查曲线值)*定容体积V*稀释倍数D/取样量m/(干物质含量w/100)),公式中样品浓度单位为mg/kg;样品查曲线值及空白查曲线值单位为μg/mL;定容体积单位为mL;取样量单位为g,干物质含量单位为%。3、数据判定:根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若苯并(a)芘浓度数据≤0.55mg/kg,则判定土壤中该指标浓度达标,反之则超标。4、数据应用:通过分析土壤中苯并(a)芘的浓度,我们可以判断该土壤中苯并(a)芘的达标情况,避免因该指标浓度含量高引起土壤的污染问题,为监管提供依据。
Benzo(a)pyrene is an organic compound appearing as yellow to brown powder. It is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol, and soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene, chloroform, diethyl ether, acetone and other solvents. It serves as a critical indicator for assessing soil pollution levels. Analyzing soil samples from different layers comprehensively reveals soil quality, pollution status and environmental characteristics, providing scientific evidence for soil management, project construction and environmental protection. This supports the realization of sustainable agriculture and the protection and improvement of the ecological environment, offers factual basis for soil sample analysis and evaluation, and reinforces its role as a key indicator for judging soil environmental pollution levels. It provides data reference for plots with similar historical conditions and supports regulatory authorities in their work.
1. Data Source: Soil samples were collected and tested in accordance with the Standard for Determination of Semi-volatile Organic Compounds in Soils and Sediments by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HJ 834-2017).
2. Algorithm Rules: The sample concentration is calculated using the following formula:
Sample concentration = (W_sample - W_blank) × V × D / m / (w/100)
Where: the unit of sample concentration is mg/kg; the units of W_sample and W_blank (values obtained from the standard curve) are μg/mL; the unit of constant volume V is mL; the unit of sampling mass m is g; the unit of dry matter content w is %.
3. Data Judgment: The judgment is made based on the Risk Screening Values for Class I Land Use specified in the Standard for Risk Control and Management of Soil Contamination in Construction Land (Trial Implementation) (GB36600-2018). If the concentration of Benzo(a)pyrene is ≤0.55 mg/kg, the soil is deemed to meet the standard; otherwise, it is considered exceeding the standard.
4. Data Application: By analyzing the concentration of Benzo(a)pyrene in soil, we can determine the compliance status of this indicator, prevent soil pollution caused by excessive concentration of Benzo(a)pyrene, and provide evidence for regulatory departments.
