The file Sl_288_SamplesCollection_Unfiltered_SNPs.vcf provides 246,936 unfiltered SNPs obtained from DDRadSeq in the tomato core collection and breeding set established within the BRESOV project to use for genome-wide association mapping and further development of novel cultivars addressed to organic farming.
