The homologs of each of the 45 NE proteins across the 74 organisms, along with the GeneID, protein accession, and the various domains (with coordinates) found are shown. Details of each protein are shown in separate sheets of the excel file. The organisms that are not included in RefSeq are represented with their corresponding fasta headers. The homologs in which the conserved regions could not be detected using Pfam, but found using CD-search are mentioned as CDsearch in the brackets following the coordinates.
