Analysis pipeline and cleaned dataset for "Epidemiology and antimicrobial resistance profile of bacterial isolates from wound infections in a Nigerian military hospital: a 24-month retrospective study"

This deposit contains the analysis pipeline (Jupyter notebook) and the de-identified cleaned isolate-level dataset supporting the study. WoundSwab_AMR_Analysis.ipynb performs data cleaning and all analyses reported in the manuscript, including culture positivity, bacterial frequency, antibiogram, multidrug resistance classification per Magiorakos et al., multiple antibiotic resistance index, WHO AWaRe classification, and temporal comparison across two 12-month periods. WoundSwab_Clean_Isolates.csv contains 468 isolate-level records with susceptibility results; no patient identifiers are included. Study period February 2024 to January 2026.
