<p>We publish, in the form of a download, a list of vehicle identification numbers (VIN) for which the Motor Transport Institute, Automotive Industry Institute, Transport Technical Supervision or CARTEST Sp. z o.o. issued a confirmation regarding the fulfillment of the requirements set out in §9b, 9d, 9f, 9g, 9h of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended).</p>本数据集以下载形式发布了一份车辆识别码（Vehicle Identification Number，VIN）清单，清单中所有车辆识别码对应的车辆，均已取得道路运输研究所、汽车工业研究所、运输技术监督机构或CARTEST Sp. z o.o.出具的合规确认文件，证明其满足2002年12月31日基础设施部长颁布的《关于车辆技术条件及其必备装备范围的条例》（整合修订版：2016年《法律公报》第2022号，经修订）中第9b、9d、9f、9g、9h条所规定的要求。
