The dataset represents the national mosaic of the areas identified as being at flood risk and defined according to the degree of risk, which can be assessed in accordance with Legislative Decree 49/2010 in terms of risk class from R1 (moderate) to R4 (very high). The perimeters of the areas were drawn up as part of the update of the Flood Risk Management Plans for the 2nd planning cycle (PGRA 2016-2021).
