Leishmania donovani (HU3) genome: alignment of Illumina sequence reads

This dataset contains the files (bam and bam.bai) generated after the alignment to the assembled genome of the L. donovani (HU3 strain) species of the Illumina sequence reads derived from the whole DNA sequencing of this parasite by Illumina technology. The preparation and processing of the Illumina data used for creating this dataset are described in the article by Camacho et al (PMID: 30992521); the raw data are publicly available at the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA; http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/) under the accession number PRJEB23341.
