3'-seq analysis in control and CFIm25 depleted HeLa cells

To understand the polyadenylation site usage at the transcriptome level before and after CFIm25 depletion, we carried out 3'-seq analysis in control and CFIm25-depleted HeLa cells using 3'-seq kit (Lexogen, 016.24) Overall design: Two siRNAs targeting CFIm25 were transfected into HeLa cells for 3 days, total RNAs were harvested and utilized for 3'-seq library preparation. Standard bioinformatics pipeline were used for downstream analysis.
