These deal with both general and specific matters relating to the operation of the institution, for example, conditions of employment, the purchasing and selling of stock and produce, supply and prices of stores and equipment. Each approval or instruction is itemized, the number and type is noted (such as a Memo or Circular), and particulars are given.
