To explore the role of cervical microbiota anomalies in embryo implantation failure, we recruited 131 patients from the affiliated Suzhou hospital of Nanjing Medical University. We recorded their clinical indexes, and sequenced their cervical samples by 16S rDNA full-length assembly sequencing technology (16S-FAST).
