Preparations of tau exon-specific antigens and antibodies.

(A) SDS-PAGE of the purified recombinant proteins GST-E2, GST-E3 and GST-E10. The proteins were separated on a 12% SDS-PAGE and stained with 0.25% Coomassie brilliant blue. Various recombinant proteins are indicated on the top. The relative molecular weights are shown on the left.
